Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Hull Rupture Wiki at https://hullruptures.wiki, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. The terms apply to every page, including guides, the home page, and this page.

Informational purpose

The site publishes strategy guides, explanations, and commentary about Hull Rupture. The content is for information and entertainment. It is not professional advice, and it is not a promise that a build, route, or setting will work in your run.

Game balance changes. A guide that was correct for the demo may be wrong for the launch build. Each page shows a last-updated date; use the date to judge whether the advice still applies.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You use the guides at your own risk.

The site is not responsible for losses caused by following a guide, including lost runs, lost save data, or purchases made on a third-party store.

Game marks and images

Hull Rupture, Konfa Games, tinyBuild, Steam, and related names and logos are trademarks of their owners. This site is unofficial and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Game images are used for identification, commentary, and instruction.

You may quote a short excerpt of a guide with a link back to the page. Do not republish a full guide, a full image set, or a substantial part of the site without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, inject malicious code, or use its content to mislead players. Do not present the site's guides as official documentation from Konfa Games or tinyBuild.

External links and purchases

Guides link to Steam and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms, prices, and refund policies. A purchase made through an external link is between you and that store; this site does not process payments or handle refunds.

Changes to these terms

The terms may be updated when the site adds a feature or changes how it handles data. The effective date at the top of the page will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
